In this dynamic role, you will provide a variety of outreach, promotional, reporting, data management, and technical advisory duties on behalf of the Apprenticeship and Training Office.
This includes serving as the main staff representative in charge of system management and collecting and digitizing data related to grants, programs, or individual participants in Registered Apprenticeship and Pre-Apprenticeship Systems.
You will also carry out field work independently; respond directly to inquiries from or initiate contacts with funders, participants, and current and potential program sponsors and contacts; and make direct recommendations to serve the needs of local industries and local conditions, conforming to PA and federal standards of apprenticeship and regulations.
Your work will involve gathering and analyzing workforce development and apprenticeship program related data; planning, analyzing, developing, and evaluating guidance; proposing effective solutions to complex problems; providing technical assistance to help our partners use and keep necessary systems updated; and contributing to or conducting presentations and trainings for varying local and statewide audiences.

Work Schedule and Additional Information:
Telework: You may have the opportunity to work from home (telework) part-time, up to three days per week.
In order to telework, you must have a securely configured high-speed internet connection and work from an approved location inside Pennsylvania.
If you are unable to telework, you will have the option to report to your assigned headquarters office. The ability to telework is subject to change at any time.
