Job Duties:

  • The CSS Customer Support Specialist performs general administrative duties for the Employment Services Unit in the Child Support Services Division.

  • Keys new hire data into State Directory of New Hires.

  • Performs customer service duties as liaison for the State Disbursement Unit.

  • Troubleshoots user issues for New Hire Reporting Program.

  • Other related duties as required.

  • Performs Red Cross Shelter duty or other emergency shelter duty/service as directed.

Requirements

A High School Diploma and (1) year experience in computer system development and modification or support.
