The Department of Corrections is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Clerical Supervisor to join our team at the State Correctional Institution (SCI) at Muncy.

In this position, you will serve as the administrative secretary to the superintendent of a maximum-security women’s correctional facility, providing confidential executive support and ensuring smooth, efficient office operations.
Your responsibilities include supervising clerical staff assigned to the switchboard and housing units.
You will exercise sound judgment and operate with minimal direct supervision while maintaining office coverage, drafting correspondence, and conducting research related to inmate misconduct and grievance appeals.
