Requirements
The Clerical Assistant 2 in this position examines information on Bureau forms to ensure proper issuance of temporary tags and enters pertinent information using DAS and .CENTRIC systems. The employee must determine the required fee and documents have been received then select and pack temporary tag orders for customers.
You should have full knowledge of the Motor Vehicle Code, Bureau forms, procedures and regulations adopted by the Department of Transportation pertaining to issuance of temporary tags and be able to identify customers needs, and interpret the Motor Vehicle Code, policies and procedures to the customer’s level of comprehension.

- Work hours are 8:00am to 4:30pm, Monday-Friday, with a 30-minute lunch.
- Telework: You will not have the option to telework in this position.
- Salary: Selected candidates who are new to employment within the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania will begin employment at the starting annual salary of $38,515 (before taxes).

Qualifications
QUALIFICATIONSMinimum Experience and Training Requirements:- Six months as a Clerical Assistant 1 (Commonwealth job title or equivalent Federal Government job title, as determined by the Office of Administration); or
- Graduation from high school; or
- An equivalent combination of experience and training.
Additional Requirements:- You must be able to perform essential job functions.
