The Office of Long-Term Living is seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Clerical Assistant 3 to join us in the Chief of Staff Office.
As a member of our team, you will be working with a small but focused team in a larger agency comprising a mix of state and contracted staff with the goal of recruiting and retaining experienced personnel for the agency.

In this position, you will be working on assigning parking, scheduling badge appointments, and coordinating equipment distribution for the office's state and contracted staff.
Your work will involve working with the Office of Administration's human resource personnel to post vacant positions and recruit candidates.
This will include acting as the intermediary between hiring supervisors and analysts. You will also be maintaining and updating office phone directories, organization charts, and shared folders.
Some of your duties will include managing telephone systems, coordinating corporate card use, and monitoring multifunction contracts and lease agreements.
Additionally, you will have some timekeeping duties and complete back-up mail distribution work as required.

Work Schedule and Additional Information:
Telework: You may have the opportunity to work from home (telework) part-time, up to 3 days per week.
In order to telework, you must have a securely configured high-speed internet connection and work from an approved location inside Pennsylvania.
If you are unable to telework, you will have the option to report to the headquarters office in Harrisburg. The ability to telework is subject to change at any time.
