Equivalent to those typically gained by:
Training in information technology, business analytics, business information systems, operations management, or similar field and professional experience translating business needs to technical requirements and applying analytical processes to planning, design, and implementation of IT systems to meet the business requirements.

The State of Alaska uses four proficiency levels to measure and describe an applicant’s level of competence in applying certain behaviors, knowledge, skills, and abilities to accomplish a specific task.

This position is currently undergoing review as part of the IT job class study, and therefore, both the title and the assigned pay range may be subject to change upon completion of the study.
