Job DescriptionDo you enjoy troubleshooting technical issues in computer systems, providing exceptional customer service, and managing projects? Join our Workforce Policy, Tech & Training team as a Business Analyst within the Workforce Development Division (WDD).
The WDD team manages research and policy development, federal reporting, and workforce system Memorandums of Understanding (MOUs) and infrastructure funding agreements (IFAs).
As a member of the WDD team, the Business Analyst will perform business analyst functions regarding collection, reporting, and performance for workforce programs.
Additionally, this role will provide training and technical assistance to state and local staff on SC Works Online Services (SCWOS) system navigation and functionality in accordance with program requirements.
An ideal candidate will be able to analyze problems and find solutions, work effectively with others toward a common goal, offer excellent customer service, and take initiative on projects and commitments.
