Advertised Job Summary
The South Carolina APEX Accelerator is seeking to hire a Business Administrative Manager to join our team.
As a team member within the SC APEX , the Business Administrative Manager serves a key role in implementing the SC APEX grant objectives.
Supports the APEX team with tracking and measurement for the PTAC as it supports clients in becoming contractors with the federal government.
Reporting to the Program Manager, the Business Administrative Manager leads the administrative functions of the program including reporting and monitoring client metrics.
Additionally, this position will support workshop planning and implementation. This is a grant-funded position subject to ongoing yearly grant renewal.
The Business Administrative Manager is part of a small but important office essential to the economic growth of South Carolina companies.
This position requires experience working in a fast-paced, goal-oriented environment.

• Knowledge of policies, procedures, rules, and regulations related to the specific administrative function.
• Knowledge of governmental fiscal and personnel procedures, practices, and policies.
• Knowledge of modern office practices, procedures, and equipment.
• Ability to coordinate diverse administrative functions.
• Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships.
• Ability to communicate effectively.
• Ability to multitask and remain organized.
