FOR THE NT-02: Your resume must demonstrate least at least one year of experience equivalent to the next lower pay band NT-01 or grade level (GS 1-4) in the federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector demonstrating the ability to review accounting data and reports using business tools and applications; reconcile financial statements to meet reporting requirements and to support management decisions.
FOR THE NT-03: Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the NT-02 pay band (GS 5-8 grade level equivalency) in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector demonstrating the ability to analyze, evaluate and review accounting data and reports using business tools and applications; reconcile financial statements to meet reporting requirements and to support management decisions, identify problems and recognize solutions; and communicate effectively orally and in writing.
