This job involves working as a technician in the Navy's digital engineering team, focusing on maintaining and improving networks and systems for the Aegis Weapon System on ships and facilities.
You'll lead projects, analyze data to fix issues, and ensure everything runs smoothly for defense operations.

You will serve as a TECHNICIAN in the DIGITAL ENGINEERING DEPARTEMENT, NETWORKS & DIGITAL SYSTEM SUSTAINEMENT DIVISION of NAVAL SURFACE WARFARE CENTER.
Salary Ranges by Location: Mayport, FL: $106,437 - $163,514 (capped at the GS-13 step 10, $138,370) Norfolk, VA: $108,019 - $165,945 (capped at the GS-13 step 10, $140,426) San Diego, CA: $121,585 - $186,785 (capped at the GS-13 step 10, $158,062) Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the NT-04 pay band (GS-11/12 grade level equivalent) in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector.
Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: analyzing test data and modifying calibration and test equipment and weapon system procedures for the mitigation of modernization or maintenance issues to effectively manage engineering projects and ensure operational readiness.
