Base salary range: $51,332 - $66,732
Typical requirements: 1 year specialized experience at GS-8. Master's degree or 2 years graduate study.
Note: Actual salary includes locality pay (15-40%+ depending on location).
This job involves managing administrative operations at a U.S. Naval Base in Guam, including overseeing personnel support, security, budgets, and various support services for the command.
You'll supervise staff, improve processes for efficiency, and coordinate with leaders on facility needs and responses to higher-level requests.

You will serve as a ADMINISTRATIVE OFFICER in the Command Administration division of US NAVAL BASE GUAM.
Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-09 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector.
Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: 1) Responsible for the provision of, oversight, and conduct of installation administrative requirements; 2) Supervise, manage, oversee, and provide administrative, military and civilian personnel support, personnel and information security, and other admin support services to the command; 3) Performs, plans, and directs employees engaged in the provision of command support services including, but not limited to, awards (military and civilian), personnel performance evaluations, Check In/Out program, collateral duties, information security, correspondence management, directives issuance, data/tasker management, forms and reports, mail program, and records management.
