Requirements
As the Institutional Training Coordinator for SCI Greene, you will be responsible for the strategic administration and evaluation of all in-service and out-service professional development programs. This role entails managing complex logistics, including the procurement of instructional resources, the allocation of training facilities, and the systematic scheduling of personnel based on position requirements and historical data. You will also oversee the administrative process for staff attending Training Academy courses, ensuring all registrations are processed and training records are maintained to facilitate accurate compliance reporting for facility leadership. Furthermore, you will lead the onboarding process by conducting formal orientations for all new, transfer, and contract personnel. By analyzing instructional feedback, you will provide strategic recommendations to the Superintendent to enhance training effectiveness and address institutional needs. Additionally, you will chair the quarterly institutional training committee and maintain a pool of certified instructors, monitoring their licensure and coordinating specialized training to ensure the facility remains in total alignment with established mandates and regulatory policies.

Work Schedule and Additional Information:
- Full-time employment, 37.5 hours per week
- Work hours are 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM, Monday - Friday, with a 30-minute lunch.
- Telework: You will not have the option to telework in this position.

Qualifications
QUALIFICATIONS
Minimum Experience and Training Requirements:
- One year as an Administrative Officer 1 (Commonwealth job title or equivalent Federal Government job title, as determined by the Office of Administration); or
- Three years of experience in progressively responsible and varied office management or staff work, including experience in personnel management, budgeting, or procurement; and a bachelor's degree; or
- Any equivalent combination of experience and training.
Additional Requirements:- Successful completion of basic training in Elizabethtown, PA is required.
- You must be able to perform essential job functions.

- You must pass a background investigation and meet Criminal Justice Information Services (CJIS) compliance requirements.
