As an Administrative Officer 2, you will be responsible for directing the compliance program to ensure that Pennsylvania’s employers have the required workers’ compensation insurance needed to protect workers injured in the course and scope of employment.
Your duties will include developing, maintaining and implementing policies and procedures relating to compliance investigation activities, criminal prosecutions, 1610's and stop work orders.
This position identifies employers who fail to ensure their workers’ compensation liabilities, makes referrals to the Office of Chief Counsel and coordinates the collection of funds.
Additional duties involve preparing reports for executive staff and in response to legislative inquiries, speaking at various public events on compliance requirements, and overseeing the development and delivery of training materials and seminars for internal and external stakeholders relating to compliance processes.
You will have the opportunity to plan, organize, and direct the work of investigative, collections, outreach, and clerical personnel.

Work Schedule and Additional Information:
Telework: You may have the opportunity to work from home (telework) part-time. The expectation will be that employees will be onsite two days a week.
In order to telework, you must have a securely configured high-speed internet connection and work from an approved location inside Pennsylvania.
If you are unable to telework, you will have the option to report to the headquarters office in Harrisburg. The ability to telework is subject to change at any time.
