In this Administrative Officer 1 position, you will generally supervise and coordinate programs within Wayne County Human Services that help meet the housing needs of aging adults in our county.
This includes providing direct supervision to two Housing Caseworkers and acting as lead facilitator for the Wayne County Local Housing Options Team (LHOT).
Work involves preparing budget estimates and various other fiscal and statistical reports identifying housing needs and trends among county residents and agency consumers, as well as managing incident data, ensuring compliance with regulations, and coordinating with various agencies and organizations to uphold program standards and meet the needs of the people we serve.
Our team will rely on you to be proficient in data analysis and report generation, as well as have a strong understanding of policies and regulations related to departmental programs.
Excellent communication, coordination, prioritization, and multitasking skills are key for success in this role.
