Base salary range: $88,520 - $115,079
Typical requirements: 1 year specialized experience at GS-12. Expert-level knowledge in field.
Note: Actual salary includes locality pay (15-40%+ depending on location).
This job involves serving as a key advisor to senior leaders in the Navy's maritime industrial base program, focusing on workforce planning, hiring, and administrative support to ensure the team meets its mission goals.
You'll help develop strategies for staffing, professional growth, and resource management while participating in operations oversight.

Your resume must also demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the next lower pay band, NH-03 (GS-13 Equivalent), in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector.
Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: advising on strategic planning efforts and engagements, including identifying workforce needs, changes, and alignment requirements to meet mission requirements and demographic objectives; providing direction and assistance to managers internal to the organization regarding administration, workforce management, planning, and career development; or interpreting and recommending the modification of guidance on program planning and evaluation within assigned areas of responsibilities.
