Full Job Description

You will serve as a Administrative Officer in the Naval Education and Training Command of CENINFOWARTRA PENSACOLA FL.

Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-11 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector.

Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: 1) Managing administrative programs, including the directives program, records management, and the executive task management, ensuring systems are efficient, effective, and standardized across the enterprise; 2) Developing, implementing, and managing domain-wide administrative policies, instructions, and standard operating procedures to ensure consistency and efficiency across all echelons of the command; 3) Researching and resolving complex, often unprecedented, administrative issues that span multiple commands, developing and presenting data-driven recommendations and innovative implementation strategies to senior leadership; and 4) Providing expert advice, assistance, and coordination to administrative staff across subordinate commands to ensure consistent interpretation and application of administrative policies.

  • You will direct and orchestrate the domain-wide electronic tasking system, analyzing task requirements, establishing internal suspense dates, and ensuring accountability and timely completion of all tasks.
