This job involves leading a team in managing non-facilities infrastructure support, including safety, health, environmental programs, and project execution to keep operations running smoothly at a naval warfare center.
You'll oversee staff, ensure regulatory compliance, and handle planning for budgets, training, and collaborations with partners.
It's a good fit for experienced supervisors with a background in technical project management and a passion for safety and efficiency in government or defense settings.
You will serve as a Supervisory Administrative/Technical Specialist in the Infrastructure Support (non-facilities) Branch (1022), Infrastructure Division (102), Corporate Operations Department (10) of NAVAL SURFACE WARFARE CENTER.
This position is part of the Warfare Centers Personnel Demonstration Project. The NT-05 pay band encompasses positions equivalent to the GS-13/14.
Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the NT-04 (GS-11/12 equivalent) grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector.
Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: leading the planning and execution of projects, programs, or initiatives by managing project resources and quality deliverables to ensure customer objectives are met.
