Base salary range: $62,107 - $80,737

Note: Actual salary includes locality pay (15-40%+ depending on location).
This job involves working as a human resources specialist focused on staffing, classification, and organizational design for a naval warfare center, helping managers set up efficient team structures and handle employee placements under a special pay system.

This position is part of the Warfare Centers Personnel Demonstration Project. The NT-4 pay band encompasses positions equivalent to GS-11 and GS-12.
You will serve as a Human Resources Specialist (Staffing and Classification) in the Human Resources Division (Code 1013) of the Naval Surface Warfare Center Panama City Division.
Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the NT-3 pay band (GS-9 and GS-10 equivalency) in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector.
Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: Performing duties in both staffing and classification for a NAVSEA Warfare Centers (WFC) Demonstration Project organization.
