This entry-level waiter trainee job at a Texas Roadhouse restaurant on Fort Campbell involves greeting guests, taking orders, serving food and drinks, handling payments, and keeping tables clean, all while learning the ropes under supervision.

This position is located at Fort Campbell Texas Roadhouse. This position is a FLEX position. FLEX positions can be worked anywhere between 0 - 40 hours per week.

Resumes should clearly demonstrate the applicant's relevant experience, skills, knowledge and abilities as they pertain to this position. A qualified candidate must possess the following: 1.
Applicant must meet the state/local age requirements (18 years old) for the servicing of alcoholic beverages at the time of appointment. 2.
Possess basic math skills necessary to compute patron bills and make change. 3. Be able to communicate effectively in English.
The above minimum qualifications must be described within the duties of previous work experience listed on the applicant's resume and/or supporting documents.
A copy of all documents must be submitted at the time of application. This is a developmental position leading to the full performance level, NA-7420-03 Waiter.
Employee will be non-competitively promoted to the next grade (PD# AK079) no later than 12 (twelve) months of satisfactory performance.
The employee works under closer than normal supervision until full performance level is reached.
At management's request, the incumbent may be promoted to the full performance Waiter once all required training is completed, meets all regulatory and qualification requirements; and is performing the full scope of the major duties under the proper level of supervision.
