The Human Resources Generalist will provide human resources support for the TTC Boeing Project, assisting with recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, performance management, and compliance activities.
This position will report to the Associate Vice President for Human Resources and will serve as a liaison between the department and the HR office to ensure consistent application of policies, timely resolution of HR issues, and effective communication across all levels of the organization.
This position will collaborate with program managers, employees and Trident Technical College Human Resources team to promote a positive work environment and ensure alignment with institutional goals and HR best practices.
Essential Duties and ResponsibilitiesThis position requires a bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or a related field; or an associate degree in Human Resources or a related field with relevant work experience.
A high school diploma with significant relevant human resources experience may be considered in lieu of the required education.
