Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: Processing customer applications and enrollment transactions; reviewing records and source documents to verify accuracy and eligibility; interpreting and applying program rules and regulations; communicating requirements to customers with tact and clarity; and utilizing automated systems and office equipment to produce official credentials and maintain records.
