Full Job Description

You will serve as a TRAINING SPECIALIST in the Operations Department of PSNS and IMF.

Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-11 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector developing, and/or modifying training materials and instructional approach, while providing subject-matter training to others within an organization.

  • You will develop, coordinate, and administer training as required by local and corporate guidelines, directives, and process instructions.

  • You will facilitate continuous learning and development of employees.
  • You will utilize communication skills to engage employees, present training, coordinate with subject material experts, brief management, and collaborate with external groups.
  • You perform self-assessments and improve training products.
