Base salary range: $88,520 - $115,079

Note: Actual salary includes locality pay (15-40%+ depending on location).
This job involves leading teams to plan, manage, and execute ship maintenance and modernization projects at a naval shipyard, ensuring everything runs smoothly to keep ships ready for duty.
It requires overseeing budgets, schedules, and resources while making tough decisions under pressure.
A good fit would be someone with strong leadership experience in industrial or military operations, who can motivate teams and handle complex projects independently.
You will serve as a SHIPYARD INDUSTRIAL OPERATIONS MANAGER 3 in the NORTHWEST REGIONAL MAINTENANCE FACILITY (NWRMC) of PSNS and IMF.
Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-13 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector.
Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: developing, managing, and implementing a ship maintenance or modernization program that includes oversight of business plans, planning/production schedules, and financial or budget execution for operational readiness.
