Job Description

Summary

This job involves installing, maintaining, and repairing telephone and data communication systems at a Marine Corps air station in North Carolina, ensuring reliable voice and secure data connections for users.

  • You will be responsible for the performance of telephone and data equipment installation and repair at user sites throughout the Air Station.
  • You will Install, repair, maintain, and modify telephone system equipment, including digital Private Branch Exchanges (PBX) and associated telephone line conditioning and terminal devices.
  • You will install, maintain, and repair distribution cable systems within buildings from Demarcation point to the terminal equipment.
  • You will test and analyze secure telephone and data communication devices and coordinate repair action in system outages.
