This job involves leading technical projects for the U.S. Navy's advanced combat systems, focusing on testing, integrating, and maintaining missile defense and weapon systems like Aegis.

You will serve as a TECHNICIAN in the COMBAT SYSTEMS ENGINEERING DIVISION, COMBAT SYSTEMS TEST & EVALUATION DEPARTMENT of NAVAL SURFACE WARFARE CENTER, located in Port Hueneme, CA.
Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the NT-04 (GS-11/12 equivalent) grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector.
Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: Performing technical project tasks directed toward successful Ballistic Missile Defense (BMD), Aegis Combat System (ACS) or Aegis Weapon System (AWS) test and integration operations in support of a combat system engineering program.
