You will serve as an ADMINISTRATIVE/TECHNICAL SPECIALIST (Action Officer) in the Comptroller Department (01) of NAVSURFWARCEN IH DIV.
This position is part of the Warfare Centers Personnel Demonstration Project. The NT-03 pay band encompasses positions equivalent to the GS-09 and GS-10.
Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the NT-02 (GS-05 through GS-08 equivalent) pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector.
Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: performing action officer functions (i.e.
coordinating and facilitating division wide initiatives, tracking actions/milestones, presenting data to leadership) to assist with development and tracking of metrics for improved management operations, processes, or procedures for an organization.
