Base salary range: $88,520 - $115,079
Typical requirements: 1 year specialized experience at GS-12. Expert-level knowledge in field.
Note: Actual salary includes locality pay (15-40%+ depending on location).
This job involves leading a team to manage the development, integration, and budgeting of advanced radio systems and weapons data links for the U.S.
Navy, ensuring projects stay on time and within budget while coordinating with various experts.
A good fit would be someone with experience in defense technology projects, strong leadership skills, and the ability to handle complex budgets and stakeholder communications in a fast-paced government environment.

Your resume must also demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-13 grade level or DP-03 pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector.
Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: Experience managing cost, schedule, performance for a diverse portfolio of Weapons Data Link (WDL) Small-Form-Factor (SFF) Weapons Attritable Radio Multi-Mode (SWARMM) Family of Radios for customers to include Long Range Anti-Ship Missile (LRASM).
Experience with weapons Integration, advanced technology projects and programs to include leadership of an Integrated Product Team (IPT) with members from multiple professional domains including finance, contracting, Information Assurance (IA), software development, modeling & simulation, hardware integration, test & evaluation, and systems engineering.
Responsibilities include stakeholder communication and the oversight of requirements definition, research and development, systems integration, qualification and testing, training, production, contracting, and managing and executing budgets across appropriated funding lines (RDTE and OMN).
