Base salary range: $62,107 - $80,737
Typical requirements: 1 year specialized experience at GS-10. Ph.D. or equivalent doctoral degree, or 3 years graduate study.
Note: Actual salary includes locality pay (15-40%+ depending on location).
This job involves advising on and managing international military sales and partnerships for the Navy, including reviewing agreements, coordinating with teams, and ensuring everything follows security rules.

Your resume must also demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-11 grade level or pay band DP-02 in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector.
Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: The position requires a strong understanding of Security Cooperation (SC) programs, including Foreign Military Sales (FMS), Building Partner Capacity (BPC), Data Exchange Agreements (IEA/DEA), and Project Agreements (PA).
Candidates must be familiar with the Security Assistance Management Manual (SAMM) and FMS policy, particularly as it relates to FMS case development and execution.
Experience in building or reviewing FMS cases for policy compliance is essential.
