Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the next lower pay band, NT-03 (GS 09/10 equivalency), in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector.
Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: Applying analytical and evaluative techniques to coordinate procurement and contract projects.
