This job is for a top technical expert who oversees the Navy's program for heavy lifting equipment like cranes at shore bases, making sure everything is safe, compliant, and efficient.
You'll create policies, train staff, check standards, and advise on buying and maintaining this gear.
It's ideal for an experienced engineer passionate about government service, the Constitution, and improving federal operations, with a strong background in mechanical systems.
You will serve as theTechnical Director of the Navy Crane Center in the Naval Facilities Engineering Systems Command (NAVFAC).
