Join us in our mission to administer Pennsylvania tax programs fairly, efficiently, and accurately for the citizens of the Commonwealth.

Upon the completion of the six month training period, you will have developed the technical knowledge, competence and skills to examine returns and respond to callers either by phone or email.
You can expect to explain to taxpayers or their representatives laws and procedures for tax account assessments, overpayments (credits), refunds and filing errors.
Your attention to detail will be key as you review filings for incomplete, adjusted or incorrect tax returns or payments.
