Job Title: Talent Acquisition Specialist Supervisor (HRC4)
Location: Olympia, WA, Remote Optional (within SW WA), with periodic in-office meetings (office 1-2 days per month). Frequent in-state travel (1-2 times per month) is required with occasional nation-wide travel.

Salary: $75,108 - $100,980 Annually
This position focuses primarily on sourcing talent for the Child Welfare Operations Division and serves as the senior-level lead for advertising, sourcing, outreach, and recruiting strategy.
In this role, the incumbent will also provide oversight and direction for sourcing efforts supporting other divisions and functions, ensuring alignment, consistency, and effectiveness across recruitment initiatives.
The position directly supervises two (2) HRC3 Talent Team Sourcers.
Child Welfare is comprised of six regions with more than 80 office locations statewide. Nationally, turnover rates for child welfare professionals exceed 30% annually, creating significant challenges in maintaining the level of care our children, youth, and families deserve.
This position offers the opportunity to develop deep expertise in the unique challenges and complexities of recruiting child welfare professionals while gaining a comprehensive understanding of the end-to-end hiring process.
Leveraging this insight, the incumbent will design and implement innovative, data-informed sourcing strategies to strengthen candidate pipelines, fill critical positions, and enhance the overall candidate experience.
This position reports directly to the Talent Acquisition Manager and has the option for 100% remote work and a flexible schedule, like the rest of the talent team. You can expect up to 20% travel to local offices, community organizations, and hiring events (day trips), as well as the occasional overnight trip for nationwide events.
