Full Job Description

The Talent Acquisitions Coordinator is tasked with screening applicants for various readySC projects and tracking recruitment and training metrics.

This role involves reviewing individual applications submitted through the applicant tracking system to gather details about applicants' work history, education, training, and job skills during the initial screening phase.

Qualified candidates are identified, screened, and referred to hiring managers for further consideration.

The Talent Acquisitions Coordinator ensures the applicant tracking system is consistently updated, moving candidates through the recruitment workflow, responding promptly to candidate inquiries, and accurately completing all necessary requisition fields for efficient processing.

Utilization of Microsoft Office Suite, Salesforce, TDS, and the ATS system to generate reports and manage essential project data for reporting needs.

Additionally, schedules and participates in job and career fairs with relevant staff to share information about company operations and available job opportunities with potential applicants.

Regular meetings are held with the Director of Talent Acquisitions, Area Director, clients, office staff, and other agency personnel to discuss recruitment strategies, requirements, and challenges.

Requirements

A bachelor's degree and relevant program experience.

Ability to provide and demonstrate familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and proficiency in relevant software for data entry and reporting.

Strong understanding of both federal and state regulations, including EEOC compliance.

Exceptional interpersonal skills, with a proven ability to handle sensitive matters with professionalism, discretion, and diplomacy.

Dedicated to providing outstanding customer service and maintaining high standards of quality and consistency. Able to collaborate effectively within a team setting.
