King County Metro's Talent Acquisition team is seeking to fill one full-time Special Duty Assignment (SDA) Talent Advisor (HR Analyst) to help us recruit and hire a talented, diverse workforce to meet the current and future needs of our growing and changing organization.

Who May Apply
This recruitment is open to current King County career service employees who have successfully passed, or will have passed, their probationary period in their current career service position at the point of offer.
The duration of this Special Duty Assignment (SDA) position will be up to six months with the possibility of extension. This position will support the Rail Division with their hiring efforts.
Additionally, this recruitment may be used to establish an eligibility list for future SDA vacancies within King County Metro's Talent Acquisition team.
The eligibility list will be retained for 12 months from the posting date and may be used at the discretion of the hiring authority.
This position is covered under the provisions of the Fair Labor Standards Act and is eligible for overtime pay. Work schedule is normally Monday through Friday, 40-hour work week. Variations may be required depending on the demands and training needs of the work.
The Talent Acquisition team works in a hybrid model, with a mix of days telecommuting and working in the office.
In office work may include meetings, administrative tasks, and assignments based on business and operational needs.
The ratio of remote to onsite work is subject to change; we are currently anticipating to go in office at least 3 days a week.
