Base salary range: $62,107 - $80,737

The Secretary of Defense has ordered a department-wide hiring freeze subject to certain limited exceptions. This position is subject to the DoD hiring freeze.

Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-11 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector.
Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: - Knowledge of programs and procedures relative to fuel distribution, handling, and storage facilities, and contractor performance.
- Knowledge of the Navy's shore facilities planning system, contract management practices, and funding procedural controls related to fuel facilities projects planning and execution.
- Ability to resolve fuel issues with conflicting program requirements and review supply programs for adequacy, efficiency, and be able to identify processes in need of improvement.
- Knowledge of contract provisions and clauses related to contractor performance, with the ability to execute ACOR responsibilities and advise Contracting Officers on the progress of fuel distribution operations and facilities projects.
