This job involves leading a team of technicians in managing complex naval projects, especially those related to replenishment systems for ships, by handling planning, budgets, personnel, and technical oversight to meet military goals.
A good fit would be someone with supervisory experience in engineering or defense projects who enjoys organizing teams, solving problems, and ensuring work stays on time and within budget.

You will serve as a Supervisory Technician in the Naval Surface Warfare Center, Port Hueneme, CA.
Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience equivalent to the next lower grade level NT-04 (GS-11/12 equivalent) or pay band in the federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector as a Supervisor Technician.
This experience has made me a results-oriented leader adept at the end-to-end management of complex programs, with a proven ability to plan, organize, and provide technical direction while managing personnel, finances, and resources.
Applying mission-level thinking, I identify and integrate current and emerging operational capabilities, particularly in the lifecycle management of UNREP systems.
My expertise includes complex projects and earned value management, cost projection, and navigating acquisition and contracting to ensure strategic objectives are met.
