Full Job Description

The incumbent serves as an executive leader responsible for strategic governance and operational integration of Department of Justice's (DOJ) real property portfolio, including space utilization, facilities and infrastructure planning, and long-range real property program development.

The position provides enterprise leadership in aligning real property strategy, environmental and sustainability priorities, and personal property governance with DOJ's mission requirements.

To qualify for the position of Supervisory Program Specialist, at GS-0301-15you must meet the specialized experience requirements listed below.

Specialized Experience: Applicants must have at least one year of specialized experience at the next lower grade level GS-14, or equivalent pay band in the Federal service.

Specialized experience is defined as 1) performing policy or operations work in the areas of real property management, for example, personal property services, environmental services; 2) coordinating and implementing surveys of projected space requirements AND 3) providing management oversight for large construction projects.
