Base salary range: $104,604 - $135,987
Typical requirements: 1 year specialized experience at GS-13. Senior expert or supervisor.
Note: Actual salary includes locality pay (15-40%+ depending on location).
This job involves leading the planning and execution of high-level events, visits, and engagements for top Navy officials, ensuring everything runs smoothly with proper etiquette and security.
It also includes managing relationships with other government offices and handling a budget for these activities.
A good fit would be someone with experience organizing complex diplomatic or executive events, strong attention to detail, and the ability to work discreetly under pressure.
You will serve as a SUPERVISORY DIRECTOR OF PROTOCOL of IMMEDIATE OFC OF CHIEF OF NVL OPS.
Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-14 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector.
Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: Senior Executive Engagement Management, Protocol and Ceremonial Expertise, Strategic Event Planning, Interagency and International Coordination.
Must have diret experience supporting senior executives or Flag/General Officers with a demostrated ability to manage complex, high-vis engagements.
Must be familiar with protocol standards and practices, and ability to ensure engagements are conducted with appropriate decorum and precision.
