Base salary range: $123,041 - $159,950

This job involves leading a team in the EPA's air pollution programs, where you'll oversee policy development, manage resources, and guide staff to meet environmental goals.

This position is in the Office of Air and Radiation, Office of Clean Air Programs, Regulatory Assistance Division. About: The Office of Air and Radiation.
This is an office-centered position--you must physically report to one of the duty stations stated in this announcement on a regular basis (location TBD after candidate selected).
NOTE: You must meet qualification requirements by the closing date of this announcement.
To qualify for the GS-15 level, you must have 1 year of full-time* specialized experience equivalent to at least the GS-14 level defined as providing leadership, oversight, or technical expertise for the development, implementation and/or analysis of policy relating to air pollution programs; managing and executing administrative functions; and coaching, mentoring, or leading a team of professional and administrative staff.

You will: Plan, organize, and direct organizational priorities and resources to achieve the Division's goals.
Exercise supervisory personnel management responsibilities to promote an environment that empowers employees to participate in and contribute to effective mission accomplishment.
Represent the Division, Office, and Agency with a variety of internal and external parties to provide authoritative and programmatic guidance.
