Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience equivalent to the next lower grade level (GS/GG-13) or pay band in the federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector performing duties such as: Developing, analyzing, evaluating, and advising on, or enhancing the effectiveness of organizational structures and procedures by recommending utilization of administrative tasks, money, or manpower.
Planning, designing, and carrying out programs, projects, studies for the analysis and evaluation of the effectiveness of programs and operations or the productivity and efficiency of management processes.
Interpreting existing policy to make technical and non-technical decisions necessary to analyze and produce innovative management analyses for the organization.
