Base salary range: $104,604 - $135,987

Note: Actual salary includes locality pay (15-40%+ depending on location).

You will serve as a Supervisory Program Analyst within IMMEDIATE OFC OF CHIEF OF NVL OPS.
Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized program analyst experience at or equivalent to the GS-14 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector.
Specialized experience must demonstrate performing duties such as the following: Utilizing both the Program Objective Memorandum (POM) and Department of War requirements processes; Understanding satellite communications (SATCOM) concepts, types of orbits, and military SATCOM systems; Applying knowledge of the electromagnetic spectrum, waveform properties, and the advantages and disadvantages of the different military bands; Demonstrating experience with SATCOM teleport sites, SATCOM gateways, and SATCOM operations; Understanding of Naval afloat line-of-sight and beyond-line-of-sight communications, to include voice and data; and Performing leadership functions such as problem solving, coalition building, transforming processes, and driving performance.
