Base salary range: $88,520 - $115,079

Note: Actual salary includes locality pay (15-40%+ depending on location).
This job involves leading a team in managing training programs for the Navy, including overseeing budgets, staff, and operations to ensure smooth delivery of education and skills development.
It requires handling everything from planning long-term strategies to coordinating with outside groups and following government rules.
A good fit would be someone with leadership experience in large organizations, strong communication skills, and a solid grasp of budgeting and training processes.
You will serve as a Supervisory Program Analyst in the Navy Education and Training Command of CENSEABEESFACENG.
Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-13 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector.
Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: 1) Executive experience in overseeing, managing, and supervising and department level operations and organizations; 2) Proven ability to communicate, orally and in writing.
Ability to brief and communicate Senior Executive level; 3) Directs the implementation of higher level policies, practices, and procedures; 4) Ability to plan, develop, and execute multi-year strategic/business plan; 5) Fully understand and develop organizational relationships internally and externally; 6) Familiarity with the policies, processes, and procedures for curriculum development and maintenance; the relationship between specialized training and civilian accreditation; standards for instructor qualification; various training delivery methods and systems used in large organizations and the private sector; and the general operations of training institutions; 7) A full understanding of training delivery methodologies and systems used in large government organizations and the private sector, including training facility management; 8) Thorough knowledge and understanding of the planning, programming, and budgeting process in a large government organization and the procedures for fiscal execution; 9) Understand government Human Resources and EEO procedures; 10) Fully understand government manpower programs Additional qualification information can be found from the following Office of Personnel Management website: https://www.opm.gov/policy-data-oversight/classification-qualifications/general-schedule-qualification-standards/#url=List-by-Occupational-Series General Schedule Qualification Standards Major Duties:
