Full Job Description

You will serve as a SUPERVISORY POLICE OFFICER for the JB PEARL HARBOR HICKAM SEC DET.

In order to qualify for this position, your resume must provide sufficient experience and/or education, knowledge, skills, and abilities to perform the duties of the specific position for which you are being considered.

Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-06 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector.

Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: 1) Interpreting a body of basic laws and regulations; 2) Interpreting law enforcement operations, practices and techniques; 3) Maintaining order and protecting life and property; 4) Seizing and protecting evidence, or interviewing witnesses and taking statements, or conducting preliminary investigations or conducting traffic stops or detaining citizens in violations of law; 5) Subduing or disarming individuals.
