As a Supervisory Operations Support Specialist, you will provide technical and administrativesupervision to Operations Support Specialist personnel and provide advice and guidance to managers,supervisors, and employees on a wide range of administrative functions.
The qualifications for this position must be met by 11:59 PM (Eastern Time) on 03/13/2026.
Current Federal employees must have served 52 weeks at the lower grade or equivalent grade band in the Federal service.
The Time-in-Grade requirement must be met by 11:59 PM (Eastern Time) on 03/13/2026 GS-14: You qualify at the GS-14 level if you possess one (1) year of specialized experience, which is equivalent to at least the GS-13 level in the federal government, that equipped you with the skills needed to successfully perform the duties of the position.
You must have experience performing the following duties: Managing and providing technical advice on a variety of mission support programs and procedures suchas various personnel management liaison functions, equal employment management, procurement,budget and fi nancial management, customer relations, travel support, training or management analysis.
Planning, organizing, evaluating and improving operational support programs services and processes.
Researching, writing reports and providing recommendations that provide authoritative guidance oncomplex mission support program issues.
Provide guidance and collaborate with colleagues throughoutall levels of the agency to resolve problems pertaining to administrative and multi-programmatic concernsand projects.
