Full Job Description

You will serve as a Supervisory Management Analyst in the Naval Medical Research Unit (NAMRU) of NAMEDRSCHU DAYTON W PATT AFB.

For GS-13: Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-12 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector: Encouraging and supports enhancement of a joint perspective.

Formulating objectives, set priorities, and implements plans consistent with long-term national interests of the organization and takes into consideration the global environment, resources, capabilities, constraints, and organizational goals and values.

Critically evaluates to identifying and analyzes problems and chooses of action that balance the interests of the mission and stakeholders.

Accepting constructive criticism from peers, senior leadership, and the customer. Accepting the responsibility for mistakes that fall within their area of responsibility.

Complying with established governance and policies. Capitalizing on opportunities and manages risks and contingencies, recognizing the implications for the organization and stakeholders.

Building and managing workforce based on organizational goals, budget considerations, and staffing needs.

Making timely and effective recommendations, based on potential implications of findings or conclusions.

Demonstrating ability to clearly and effectively articulate, present, and promote varied ideas and issues; to include, sensitive or controversial topics before a wide range of audience.

Conveying written information in a clear, concise, organized, and convincing manner for the intended audience. Expressing thoughts persuasively and uses effective modes to reinforce message retention.

Actively listens effectively and clarify information, as needed. Monitoring progress and evaluates outcomes to improve organizational efficiency and effectiveness.

Managing a multi-sector workforce and a variety of work situations. Ensuring that employees are appropriately recruited, selected, appraised, and rewarded.
