Base salary range: $74,441 - $96,770

Note: Actual salary includes locality pay (15-40%+ depending on location).
This job involves leading efforts to improve business processes in a naval engineering command in Japan, focusing on analyzing operations, tracking cost savings, and guiding teams to meet long-term goals.
A good fit would be someone with experience in process improvement projects, strong analytical skills, and the ability to communicate ideas to top leaders in a large organization.
Note that medical and dental care is very limited in Japan, so candidates should be prepared for that.
You will serve as a SUPERVISORY MANAGEMENT ANALYST in the Business Analysis Division of NAVAL FAC ENGINEERING CMD FAR EAST . ***ACCESS TO MEDICAL AND DENTAL CARE IN JAPAN IS EXTREMELY LIMITED.
Please see Additional Information section below.*** Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-12 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector.
Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: 1) Advanced-level experience in developing, managing, and leading Continuous Process Improvement (CPI) initiatives within a large, multi-faceted organization; 2) Utilizing sophisticated analytical techniques to generate actionable insights, drive organizational change, and produce measurable returns on investment; 3) Demonstrate exceptional communication skills, with a history of effectively briefing senior leadership and championing innovative business solutions.
