Note: Actual salary includes locality pay (15-40%+ depending on location).
This job involves leading a team to manage logistics for naval ships and shore facilities in Europe and Africa, ensuring equipment is properly supplied, maintained, and configured for fleet operations.
You'll analyze supply chain issues, recommend fixes, and support ship repairs and modernizations.

You will serve as a Supervisory Logistics Management Specialist in the Naval Supply Systems Command of NAVSUP FLC SIG GF, Spain.
Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-12 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector.
Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: 1. Analyze problems to resolve issues involving supply chain management, material acquisition, supply requisition, and data procedures; 2.
Resolve problems in existing supply chain processes and requirements to recommend feasible alternatives; 3.
Analyze documents, technical manuals, specialized information, and evaluation of results to choose the best solution and solve shipboard configuration and Integrated Logistics Systems (ILS) problems; and 4.
Direct implementation of maintenance and integrated logistics support functions for repair and modernization of ships.
