Full Job Description

You will serve as a SUPERVISORY LOGISTICS MANAGEMENT SPECIALIST in the NMCPAC EAD UNIT GUAM.

Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-11 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector.

Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: Experience in logistics management and supervision.

Ability to provide oversight to include supply, materials, vehicles, equipment and financial management as well as monitoring, assessing and reporting on status, processes and resources.

Experience in logistics planning, budget formulation, contract oversight and supply management and the systems associated with those functions.

  • You will establish financial requirements, budgets, tracks execution, monitors requirements, researches discrepancies and analyzes trends.
  • You will execute logistics planning, budget formulation, supply management, and administration in support of NMCPAC EAD Unit Guam logistics and operations.
  • You will oversee the command Accountable Property Program, managing the acquisition, rental, storage, utilization, transfer, and disposal of command equipment in compliance with appropriate regulations.
  • You will function as Contracting Officer's Representative , executing and analyzing the administrative aspect of equipment and transportation contracted support.
  • You will direct financial management and contract oversight in collaboration with headquarters staff and Naval Facilities contracting officers.
  • You will supervise supply and logistics support personnel for NMCPAC EAD Unit Guam, including planning and scheduling work, evaluating employees, and mentoring and coaching subordinates.
