This Announcement Covers 13 Vacancies, Considering the Following Disciplines: GENERAL ENGINEER (0801) PHYSICIST (1310) OPERATIONS RESEARCH ANALYST (1515) COMPUTER SCIENTIST(1550) In addition to the Basic Requirements for this position, your resume must also demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the (GS-09 through GS-12) grade level or pay band (NM-03) in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector.
Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: 1) Carrying out the full range of combined technical and administrative direction of others; 2) Motivating employees under your leadership to perform the organization's objectives; 3) Establishing and communicating organizational objectives in both groups and one-on-one meetings to ensure that the workload of the unit is assigned to, understood by, and successfully completed by your employees; 4) Resolving complex technical problems, reviewing work, and providing, finding, and researching answers to employees' questions; 5) Demonstrating professional competence in the test and evaluation discipline sufficient to provide supervision and technical direction of the workforce; 6) Administering management policies and procedures, and coordinating functions between various groups to accomplish intended goals.
