Summary

This job involves leading a team of intelligence analysts in the Naval Criminal Investigative Service, focusing on countering threats like espionage and terrorism to protect Navy personnel and information.

Full Job Description

You will serve as a SENIOR INTELLIGENCE OFFICER in the NAVAL CRIMINAL INVESTIGATIVE SERVICE. Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience.

Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: -Experience analyzing and evaluating counterintelligence, counterterrorism, and/or criminal intelligence or investigative/operational matters and collection management.

-Experience directing, leading, and managing day and/or shift work assigned personnel and intelligence professionals including but not limited to planning work schedules and sequences of operations, ensuring that deadlines are met, preparing formal evaluations, answering technical questions, and providing analytical support to criminal investigations, CT or CI missions.

  • You will serve as a first-level supervisor.
  • You will possess senior working-level knowledge of national security investigations supporting a team of analysts on the front line of defense against foreign intelligence actors.
  • You will serve as the primary intelligence focal point at a Field Office (FO) and a senior advisor on both counterespionage and intelligence support matters to the Special Agents in Charge (SAC).
  • You will ensure that all FO intelligence support is properly documented and reviewed for quality assurance and related intelligence analysis is properly coordinated.
  • You will provide analytical reviews of FO operations/investigations support.
  • You will serve as focal point with the FOs AOR for intelligence information sharing.
  • You will maintain liaison with applicable regional Department of Defense, DON, Intelligence Community, EAD, and NCISHQ intelligence counterparts.
  • You will be responsible for sharing related information throughout a global intelligence enterprise with DIIS counterparts.
  • You will ensure effective integration of intelligence support, collection, and analysis.
  • You will focus on protection of Navy personnel and loss of Department of the Navy information and intelligence in concert with SAC priorities and program requirements.
